![]() ![]() The last 10 weeks have been the most amazing and successful weeks of my young career. I'm a 22 year old photo editor, graphic designer/photographer. My dad quoted "write it down and make it plain" so I wanted to see exactly what it said in the bible and I found this. Hello, I stumbled upon this blog post in the same way as everyone else. ![]() This is my season and I believe God presents you with one opportunity in order for you to achieve what His purpose is for you. This will come become I have the faith and God's word says, "wait, because it will surely come, it will not tarry." My vision is that my company, "galliencafe" thrives and become a multi-million dollar company. I know in order for it to be successful I must command God's words to speak on my behalf. In September, 2010 I launched my own healthy beverage business. The others will come at their appointed time. Since then only 3 of the following have been fulfilled. Starting a ministry for those who have a creative vision but just can't seem to get started on the right Only flying one to two trips or just enough hours to keep my insurance and flight benefits.ġ2. Living a life that God wants me to live that will be a blessing to my child(ren) and their off-spring.ġ1. Becoming more extroverted and less worried about what others think of me.ġ0. Becoming a guest lecturer of creative writing at University level.ĩ. Traveling the world with my husband and child(ren) without worrying about cost.ħ. Be a guest on the Oprah Winfrey Show talking about a movie based on my book.Ħ. Have a wonderful and affordable home filled with God's loving presence, peace, and open space.ĥ. Be blessed with a mentally and physically happy child or children.Ĥ. ![]() Have a blessed marriage with a man whom God chooses for me.ģ. Have a writing career that will inspire the lives of others that will in turn have a substantial financialĢ. So four years ago, I wrote down the following:ġ. For the vision is yet for an appointed time, but at the end it shall speak, and not lie: though it tarry, wait for it because it will surely come, it will not tarry. Habakkuk 2:2-3 says, And the Lord answered me and said, Write the vision, and make it plain upon tables that he may run that readeth it. I had been blessed with a tremendous talent, I was fortunate to be employed with a company that gave me access, why was I not fulfilled? So I sat down and wrote my feelings and I remember my mom sharing a very important biblical verse to me. One day I had a talk with the woman in the mirror. I sank into a small depression and for a year, I had very limited communication with people outside of work. I was the one who always inspired others but I wasn't motivated enough to inspire myself. I was single, I was miserable, I was disgusted with the person I had become. I was an author of two novels which only put my name out there but I wasn't on the New York Times Bestseller's list, truth be told I couldn't even crack the top 1000 seller's list on Amazon. Some things were good, and some had me going, "what the hell was I thinking?" I had seen myself go from being married at the age of 26 to being divorced at 31. PRAYĪsk the Father to the grace to write, read, and run with what He tells you.About four years ago, I was sitting on the floor of my small one bedroom apartment taking account of things that happened in my life. There is power in writing and revisiting at a later date. If you do not have the habit of writing down what God has told you or the visions you have, please start doing so. ![]() What does the message above mean to you? APPLY THE WORD They come to make you stop believing it or be discouraged. Remember, challenging circumstances will come your way once you receive a vision because of the vision. Do not slow down, even when life comes against you. Read it again and again, and think about it repeatedly. Make sure you write down the vision God gives you. Circumstances have a way of making us either forget God’s Word or quenching the excitement and zeal we had initially when we first received it. Please do not allow the fire of it to quench. You run with a vision when you put in the time, energy, and resources needed to fulfill that vision. Keep it before your eyes and run with it. When the Lord gives you a vision or a prophetic word, write it down and make it plain. He goes further to explain why He is asking Habakkuk to write it down: so “that he may run that readeth it”. He then instructed Habakkuk to write the vision, that is, the Word of God which he had received, and to make plain upon writing tablets. The Lord spoke to prophet Habakkuk in the days when Chaldeans were extending their conquest and causing panic worldwide. And the LORD answered me, and said, Write the vision, and make it plain upon tables, That he may run that readeth it (Habakkuk 2:2 KJV) ![]()
